How long does delivery take?
Productos no personalizados: preparación en 3 días. Arte personalizado: producción en 4–5 días tras aprobar el diseño. Entrega estimada: 7–14 días después del envío. Envío estándar gratuito a Estados Unidos y Europa.
How does the custom process work?
Choose your size and effect, upload your photograph and add your design notes. You review and approve the design before production. Your artwork is then prepared and shipped.
What if I want to return my order?
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized artwork is excluded from change-of-mind returns; see our return policy. Contact us with your order number for help.
