GEKLYRKE Shipping Policy

Preparation and production

Ready-made products are prepared for dispatch in 3 days. Personalized orders are prepared for dispatch in 4–5 days in total, including design review, approval and production.

If you need your order for a specific occasion, contact support@geklyrke-glowing-gallery.com before ordering. We can confirm the current schedule for your chosen item; we do not guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Delivery destinations and estimates

Orders are dispatched from China to destinations supported at checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. This delivery estimate is additional to preparation, design review and production. Customs clearance and carrier delays can affect arrival.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order value. Select the free standard shipping option at checkout. No shipping charge is added to your order for standard delivery.

Taxes and import duties

The tax and duty treatment applicable to your destination is shown at checkout. Amounts indicated as included in the price, or collected at checkout, should not be paid again for the same charge. Any import duties or taxes not included or collected at checkout may be collected by the carrier or customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear. You can also use our order tracking page.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@geklyrke-glowing-gallery.com with your order number and available details so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
